Disabling Referral Detail

Occasionally, you will need to disable a Referral Detail that appears when a Referral Source of type = Item List / Free Text or Item List Only is selected.

Navigate to Back Office | Marketing Dashboard, Referral Sources tab and select the Referral Source in the upper window.

Select Referral Details sub tab.

Select the Referral Detail to disable (Douglas County Resource).

Select Disabled.

Select Save Modifications on the Referral Detail tab.

Select Save Modifications on the Referral Resource.
